First Friday: Robert Wood & Castellanos Collaboration

The First Friday Art Walk at SZ Gallery for the month of April is a special one. In addition to featuring three new artists, it’s also our Cotton (2 year) Anniversary! Stop by the Gallery on April 6th between 5 – 8 pm for themed cocktails and seasonal bites, and celebrate with the SZ team alongside our artists.

The featured artists for April and May are Laura Castellanos, Juan Carlos Castellanos, and Robert Wood. The three artists’ works will be available for purchase until the end of May.

Reflecting on Two Years of SZ

This April, Suzanne Zahr Art & Architecture celebrates two years of working, creating, and building together with our clients. As a team, we're really coming into our own; our first-year anniversary celebrated the launch, the systems, processes, and branding that we put into place. Now with two years under our belt, we're taking time to celebrate but also reflect on what's worked, what hasn't worked, and how we can learn from both our mistakes and our successes.

At SZ, we love to feature the experts we work with on our team so our readers can get to know them a little better, too. This month, we’re featuring an interview with Gary Henderson of Gary Henderson Interiors.

Gary has been working with Suzanne for 12 years, completing several major projects together, such as Caruccio’s Culinary Event Center. Suzanne admires Gary’s experienced authority in the field of interior design, as well as his personable and friendly communication style with clients and across teams. He brings a humanity back to the process of design, and similar to Suzanne’s own philosophy, Gary designs with solely the client in mind.
